Taylor adopts a compassionate approach to therapy, providing individual psychotherapy sessions for adults, children, and adolescents. Taylor specializes in LGBTQIA+ support, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Behavior Modification, and play therapy.

Her dedication to understanding each client’s unique needs informs her diverse, eclectic therapeutic approach, fostering meaningful connections with those she serves. Taylor is currently certified as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Provider to aid in children and adolescents who are experiencing mental health crises.

When she is not providing counseling, Taylor enjoys watching movies with her dog, reading historical fiction and non-fiction, and visiting art museums.
