New Moms Therapy Group - VIRTUAL
New mothers and their babies are welcome.
Are you a new mom/birthing parent (up to one year postpartum)? This group provides space for new moms/birthing parents to discuss the real and silent parts of motherhood. The joys and hardships that come with this new role. The familiar feelings of exhaustion, loneliness, sadness, regret, shame, irritability, and moments of happiness and success will be shared and facilitated in a safe space to learn coping skills and connect with others going through similar new challenges and accomplishments. This group is a supportive and honest environment for new moms struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or OCD or those who are feeling lonely and looking for support. Connected: A Group for Finding Belonging
Adults (18+) experiencing persistent feelings of loneliness, disconnection, or social isolation | Able to engage in a group format with curiosity and respect for others | Not currently in acute crisis
This weekly group offers a warm, nonjudgmental space for individuals who feel disconnected or isolated and are looking to deepen their sense of connection—with themselves and others. Through guided conversation and shared experiences, participants explore the roots of loneliness and practice new ways of relating.

The Cool Down Crew: Coping Skills Group for Children Ages 6-8
Ages 6-8 | Able to engage in a group format with curiosity and respect for others | Not currently in acute crisis
This group will help children develop the skills to manage big and uncomfortable emotions. Through fun and engaging activities, children will explore a variety of coping strategies to calm their minds and bodies, all in a safe and supportive space! What we We’ll Do · Intro to coping skills- learn what coping skills are and why they are important · Identify positive and negative coping strategies · Deep breathing & relaxation · Explore emotions through discussions and creative activities · Build confidence by learning how to reframe negative thoughts · Build friendships and connections!
