Girls Group

Girls ages 14-18

This group provides a structured setting where girls can build confidence. A clinician facilitates each session to foster kindness, inclusion and safety. Participants must be currently engaging in individual therapy to be part of this group.

Thrive Together

Ages 18-22, any gender, any race

Group therapy for individuals who are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, ADD, etc.) Can be officially diagnosed or suspected diagnosis. Groups purpose is for socialization, peer support, skill building, communication and conflict resolution, building routines and emotional regulation skills. Will be a mix of CBT and DBT activities/ techniques.

Social Skills & Coping Skills Group

Kids, ages 5-10

The primary objective of this group is to help children build social skills and coping strategies that will support them in the classroom and at home. By teaching techniques to manage emotions, regulate behavior, and interact positively with peers, we aim to enhance each child’s school readiness and overall well-being. Additionally, the group will provide parents with guidance and strategies to support their children, fostering a smoother school year with fewer behavioral challenges.
