Grace Humble is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ohio University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. She has experience providing therapy in both outpatient and school-based settings, working with children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Her experience includes supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, navigating substance use concerns, managing complex life circumstances, and connecting clients and families with helpful resources and services.
Grace believes therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and supported. She takes a person-centered approach and tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. When working with children, she incorporates developmentally appropriate interventions and play-based techniques to help them express themselves, build coping skills, and process difficult experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Grace wants to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, develop greater self-awareness, learn practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful positive change. She is looking forward to meeting your child where they are at and supporting them to get where they want to be!
