Hopeful Horizons

When: Thursdays at 9:00am (6/6-6/27) (7/18-8/8) Ages: 6-10 years old Who: Children who have had a special person die and need support in their grief. All beliefs are welcome! Structure: 4 weeks in June & July. If you miss a group join us the next session. Option for ongoing support monthly after the summer.

This is a 4 week grief group for children ages 6-10. If your child has had a special person in their life die this group will provide tools and support for understanding and processing their grief journey in an age appropriate way.

Thrive Together Don't Just Survive

When: Thursdays 11:00am (6/6-6/27) & (7/18-8/8) Ages: 14-18 Who: Teens all gender identities and relationships welcome! Structure: 4 weekly sessions in June & July. If you miss a week please join us the next month for that session.

Are you a teen exploring relationships with others, but aren't sure what a healthy relationship is? Struggle setting boundaries? Need outside supportive feedback? This group is for you! Empower yourself now & watch your relationships THRIVE

Teacher Talk

When: Thursday 2pm (6/6-6/27) (7/18-8/8) Ages: Adult Who: Teachers (elementary, middle, high school) Structure: 4 weeks in both June & July (if you miss a week 1 month come the next month) Then monthly throughout the school year to support you!

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burnt out? Join Liz and other teachers for 4 weekly sessions focusing on managing stress, setting boundaries, and resolving conflict. Develop strategies and plans for a healthy lifestyle all school year.

Parenting Skills Group

Parents & caregivers of children ages 3-9

In this group we will learn and practice skills for communicating with young kids. If you find that you keep repeating yourself over and over again - yet your kid continues to not follow directions or listen - this group is for you!

Big Feelings

Ages 7-9

Group for kids to learn how to identify and express their big feelings safely.

That's Mine!

Ages 4-6

Skills group for kids to learn and practice skills for sharing. Sharing can be hard! Kids will learn and practice skills to share space, thoughts, feelings, things and safely express themselves.
