Hi, I’m Susan McAlexander, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master in Clinical Psychology. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem-Solving Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I also value clear communication, strong clinical documentation, and teamwork with other providers.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
