Sierra believes in meeting every client where they are at and going the extra mile to build strong and trusting relationships. She utilizes several evidence-based theories with a trauma-informed lens and works with each client to find the best fit for them. Sierra believes that each client’s treatment should be individualized to cater to their specific wants and needs.

Sierra graduated with her MSW and a certificate in trauma from Simmons University. Sierra’s main areas of focus include children and families, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes. Sierra takes pride in working alongside children and young adults to give them the skills they need to learn and grow. She utilizes a variety of interventions, including but not limited to TF-CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic process, active listening, motivational interviewing, grounding, and psycho-education.
