Sarah (she/her) believes that mental health is shaped not only by our inner experiences but also by the larger systems we’re part of. She takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to support clients in exploring their emotions, experiences, and relationships—while helping them build the skills they need to create a meaningful and fulfilling life on their own terms. Sarah specializes in working with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-injury, and major life transitions. She strives to provide a safe, affirming environment for clients of diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community. In her free time, Sarah enjoys sunshine-filled days, live music, cozy TV nights with her cat, and seeking out new foods to try.
