Sarah is a clinical health psychologist working with individuals ages 8+ and couples. She fosters a non-judgmental, authentic therapy environment where sessions are conversational, client-centered, and often involve humor. She uses evidenced-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to best support clients’ personal goals. Her clinical interests include anxiety, social anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and OCD. She has additional training in suicidal ideation and crisis intervention, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, and psychological assessments.
