Sara Oscilowski (she/they) is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults. With an MSW from Rutgers University, Sara creates affirming spaces where clients feel safe to explore their emotions. She takes a warm, person-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
Sara has experience in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings, working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, and LGBTQ+ issues. She helps clients build resilience and develop effective coping skills. In her free time, Sara enjoys concerts, art, exploring coffee shops, and time with her cats!
