I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Plattsburgh State University. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges and improve emotional well-being. Drawing from a person-centered approach, I believe in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their healing process.
I have experience working with individuals living with chronic health conditions, helping them manage the emotional and psychological impact of their diagnosis. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they cope with life stressors, explore their emotions, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Together, we work to build resilience and develop practical strategies for emotional growth and lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and client-centered, allowing each person to feel supported in their unique journey toward mental and emotional well-being.
