Saima Sharif, MSW/LCSW-R

Therapist

I am a Resident in Clinical Social Work with a Masters from Virginia Commonwealth University with experience as a family advocate, a residential youth counselor, and a therapist doing individual and group therapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my cat, friends, and family, watching TV, listening to music, and going to concerts.

I utilize a range of interventions from different therapies to meet clients where they are. These may include Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral, and Play. I support individuals in managing stress, anxiety, and various other needs. I enjoy providing a safe and comfortable space for my clients to be vulnerable and open as they navigate life.
