Sable has a Doctorate in Health Administration and is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor. Sable works with teens (16+) and adults who represent historically marginalized communities, focusing on clients identifying as Black or LGBTQIA+. Utilizing a culturally humble approach with clients in therapy, Sable honors and respects clients’ unique perspectives, experiences, strengths, and identities. Her areas of expertise include various forms of grief/loss, family dynamics, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. Sable is a trained yoga instructor and incorporates mindfulness exercises to help clients explore parts of themselves that they did not know or forgot along the way.
