Regan Hickey, MS (She/Her)

Therapist

I believe every child and teen deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to be themselves. My goal is to create a warm, gentle, and trusting environment where clients can build confidence, process difficult experiences, and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. I strive to help each client feel a sense of autonomy in therapy, encouraging collaboration and honoring their unique voice throughout the therapeutic process.

I work with children and adolescents experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and person-centered, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and neuroscience-informed strategies to meet each client’s individual needs.

I recognize that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially for young people, and I value building strong, authentic relationships with both clients and their families. My hope is that every person who walks into my office feels accepted, respected, and supported as we work together toward growth, healing, and resilience.
