Ever since my first psychology course, I’ve been driven by a deep passion for guiding individuals along their mental health journeys. My goal is to assist in cultivating healthier mindsets and thought processes, empowering my clients to lead fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ matters, major life transitions, stress management, and communication skills enhancement. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment plans to each client’s unique needs and strengths. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and more.
