Raely is a Mexican American Associate Clinical Social Worker. Her holistic approach to therapy allows for a safe space for Adults (18+) to develop strategies that will allow for fundamental change that can begin to align with their authentic self. Raely also utilizes a Trauma-informed approach, along with techniques from EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to be able to effectively support those who have faced various forms of Trauma, Stress Disorders, Emotional Dysregulation Disorders, Low Self-Esteem, Grief/Loss, Life Transitions, College Stress and Suppression/Inequities. Raely has worked for several years supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders, such as substance abuse, and ADHD.

In her spare time, Raely loves listening to music of all sorts and dancing with her young son!
