Rachel Silver, ACSW

Therapist

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I take a trauma-informed, goal-oriented approach to therapy that integrates life coaching techniques to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.

I began my career working with children in foster care and have since supported older adults in need of comprehensive services. I also have experience working with teens and young adults, focusing on building healthy relationships and emotional resilience.

My therapeutic practice draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing. I work with individuals and families navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino, and am passionate about helping clients feel empowered, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.
