Rachel brings a warm, relational, and down-to-earth presence to the therapy room. As a former student-athlete, she understands how high pressure, perfectionism, and the drive to succeed can impact mental health. With experience in both healthcare and service settings, she is comfortable navigating complex, human experiences while providing a steady, compassionate presence.
Rachel’s approach is rooted in psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, with a strong focus on attachment and inner-child work. She has experience working with individuals and groups, including leading Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. Through a trauma-informed lens, Rachel helps clients gain insight into patterns while developing practical tools that support healing, resilience, and personal growth.
Outside of the therapy room, Rachel enjoys paddleboarding, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with friends.
