Nikhita Sharma, LMHCA

Therapist

I hold a master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington and have experience working with neurodiverse children, youth, and their families. I believe meaningful growth happens when clients feel supported and empowered in a trusting, collaborative space. Cultural humility, curiosity, and flexibility are central to my approach, and I actively invite feedback so therapy stays aligned with your needs and goals.

Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent Behavior Management Training, I am especially passionate about supporting youth and families navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges, with an emphasis on partnering with caregivers to foster lasting progress.
