Nicole is a compassionate and grounded Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University in New Jersey. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings.

Nicole specializes in supporting clients with self-esteem challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, career transitions, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She also focuses on performance enhancement, drawing from her experience as a five-year NCAA Division II collegiate athlete in multiple sports. This background enriches her understanding of mental resilience, motivation, and identity, allowing her to connect deeply with clients.

Nicole’s approach is client-centered and built on a foundation of strong rapport. She tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each individual, creating an individualized plan that supports growth and healing. Blending therapy and coaching, she integrates a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), biofeedback, motivational coaching, mindfulness, resilience training, play therapy, and art therapy. She creates a supportive space where clients can explore, heal, and grow with confidence.
