Mallory is passionate about helping adults and couples discover healing, empowerment, growth, and meaning in their lives. She has extensive experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship and attachment concerns, life transitions, and grief.
She is especially dedicated to working with LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous clients, creating an affirming and supportive environment where all identities and relationships are honored. Mallory practices from a humanistic perspective, integrating psychodynamic, behavioral, and mindfulness-based strategies to tailor therapy to each client’s unique values, goals, and strengths.

Outside of her work, Mallory is a voracious reader and moviegoer, loves traveling and trying new restaurants, and enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats.
