Mackenzie specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about helping clients of all ages achieve growth and wellbeing. Mackenzie is experienced in treating a range of concerns, including trauma, depression, and self-harm, as well as anxiety and related disorders. In addition, Kenzie has a significant background working with children with autism spectrum disorders and special needs. She believes that a trusting, caring relationship provides a springboard for healing and places relationship-building at the foundation of her practice. Grounded in a person-centered approach, Mackenzie utilizes modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions and play therapy in session. In her free time, Kenzie enjoys exploring the great outdoors and spending time with family.
