She has experience in helping clients with histories of ADHD, disordered eating, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationships, and more. Kristy enjoys working with all ages and has extensive experience with teenagers and adults. Kristy’s counseling approach is focused on building the therapeutic relationship and being non-judgmental.
