Kristopher Malachi Fitch believes that everyone can benefit from support, from the small challenges to major life events. Kris works with a variety of clients, including children, adults, couples, and families. Therapy can be a new and unfamiliar experience, and Kris meets clients where they are, collaboratively working toward where they would like to be.
Kris has experience working with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, behavioral issues, and relationship challenges in both couples and family systems. As a multi-deployment combat veteran who is committed to continuing to help others after service, he also brings experience working with the military and veteran community and its unique needs.
Kris utilizes an assortment of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and other modalities, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs in a safe and supportive environment.
When not working, Kris maintains his own balance and mental health through activities such as going to the gym, playing video games, boxing, and reading.
