I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience providing behavioral health and recovery support to individuals across the lifespan. My professional journey began working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, where I helped clients navigate recovery, access community resources, and build meaningful, lasting change. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting older adults managing behavioral health concerns, as well as young adults navigating life’s transitions, relationships, identity, stress, and personal growth.
I chose this profession because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone who truly understands, listens, and walks alongside you. My own lived experience with therapy has given me a unique appreciation for the healing process and the difference a compassionate therapist can make. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach counseling—with authenticity, empathy, and a genuine belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel accepted and supported.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life changes, recovery challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to identify your strengths, develop practical tools, and help you move toward the life you want to live.
One of the biggest misconceptions about therapy is that asking for help means something is wrong with you. I believe just the opposite. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, self-awareness, and courage. Choosing to invest in yourself takes resilience, and therapy can provide the guidance, perspective, and encouragement needed to create meaningful change.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me playing video games, tackling escape rooms, or testing my knowledge with a game of *Jeopardy!*. I’m also a longtime fan of both Marvel and DC, and I enjoy keeping up with their latest movies, shows, and comics. I love activities that challenge my problem-solving skills and create opportunities to spend quality time with friends and family.
