Katie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Regis College and is committed to helping individuals and families understand mental health conditions, symptoms, treatment options, and effective coping strategies through a psychoeducational approach. She is dedicated to fostering self-awareness, resilience, and practical skills that support lasting emotional well-being.
Katie believes therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, she works alongside clients to build on their existing strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
With experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families, Katie tailors’ treatment to everyone’s unique needs and goals, empowering clients to move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
