Kaeli Xue, MS (she/her) is a Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She has clinical experience providing individual therapy in both hospital and outpatient community mental health settings, working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and trauma-related symptoms.

Kaeli values creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. She believes therapy is most effective when it is built on authenticity, curiosity, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, multicultural concerns, identity development, relationship issues, and supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions.

Before pursuing counseling, Kaeli worked in public accounting, giving her a unique perspective on career stress, burnout, and major life changes. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, gaming, and spending time outdoors.
