“Why focus on the problem when you can focus on the solution?”
I believe in helping people find the glimmer of light within the darkness. As a psychotherapist, I offer brief, solution-focused therapy designed to help clients move toward meaningful change quickly and effectively. My approach is authentic, direct, and deeply empathetic, shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Clients can expect a genuine therapeutic relationship—one built on trust, respect, and real connection.
I specialize in working with adolescents, families, and couples, particularly those navigating high-risk situations or unique relationship dynamics. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed lens, integrating Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy to help individuals and families rewrite their stories and uncover new possibilities.
I bring an unbiased and knowledgeable perspective to working with uncommon or marginalized relationships, including same-sex, polyamorous, and LGBTQAI+ partnerships. Common areas of focus include parenting challenges, communication issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, sex therapy, relationship conflicts, PTSD, and oppositional defiance disorder (ODD).
At the heart of my philosophy is a simple truth: there is no such thing as a bad person—only difficult experiences and circumstances. Everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and grow. No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, change is always possible, and with the right support, you can move forward into a better version of yourself.
