Jill Breen, LMSW (she/her), is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Art History from the University of Michigan. Jill’s professional journey has centered around supporting children, adolescents, and families, with expertise in group work, family dynamics, and advocacy.

Jill’s experience includes serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Westchester County, where she collaborated with parents, foster families, educators, and service providers to ensure the well-being of children. She has also worked as a Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) provider, delivering in-home care tailored to the unique needs of her clients. As an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) clinician, Jill supported at-risk clients through both individual and group therapy.

Jill is passionate about fostering growth and resilience through the therapeutic relationship. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy to create personalized care plans. She has a particular passion for supporting adolescents and emerging adults during pivotal transitions, as well as helping parents strengthen family connections and improve overall functioning.

Outside of work, Jill cherishes time with her family and her lovable dog, Maisy. She also enjoys cultivating her vegetable garden and cheering on her alma mater, the Michigan Wolverines.
