Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Harding University in Searcy, AR and subsequent Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. Jennifer worked for several years in inpatient psychiatry, Residential Treatment Centers (RTC), Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP). Her extensive clinical experience gives Jennifer a unique perspective in addressing mental health across a variety of diagnoses.

She incorporates various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gottman Method. Jennifer has specialized training in trauma treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting.

She offers in-person and telehealth individual therapy sessions for teens (13 and above) and adults. She has worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, stress management, life transitions, and gender identity issues. She likes to spend time with her loved ones and do activities together. She enjoys reading, playing video games, and caring for her dog and two cats.
