Jay Cross is a clinician ready to support you with branching out, being creative, and managing the highs and lows of your day-to-day life. With his background in community mental health, he’s worked with most issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and big life adjustments. Jay’s goal is to create a safe space for children, adolescents, and adults to come and work toward improving their mental health and building resilience against life’s challenges. During sessions, he uses approaches based in CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy so clients can challenge themselves, find their strengths, and direct their own future.
