Hannah is passionate about supporting others and believes therapy is a collaborative space
where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. She recognizes that
reaching out for therapy can be a vulnerable step and strives to create a warm, welcoming
environment where you feel safe to be yourself. Her specialties include anxiety, depression,
stress and burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, eating disorders, and relationship challenges.
She strives to find an approach that works best for you and aligns with your unique needs,
strengths, and goals. Within her practice she draws from a variety of evidence-based
approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based practices. Rather than taking a
one-size-fits-all approach, Hannah tailors therapy to each individual, helping clients build
self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, navigate life’s challenges, and create
meaningful, lasting change.
Hannah graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and obtained her Master of
Social Work degree in 2024 with a specialization in clinical mental health. She is currently
accepting new clients 18+.
