Hailey King, LPC-A is a committed counselor who strives to give her clients a safe and fun environment. She provides a non-judgmental and team effort approach to help clients navigate challenges and hardships. She employs both humor and compassion to build a strong rapport. Hailey uses modalities such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and motivational interviewing to help individuals reach their personal goals. The use of play therapy is integrated into her work with children.
She is a graduate from Sacred Heart University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. In addition to being an LPC-A she has experience in the world of Applied Behavioral Analysis, working with children with Autism from the ages of 1 to 18. The passion for working with children and young adults also carries over to the athletic world. Hailey has been a softball coach of girls aged 12-22 for over five years, and loves working with athletes to improve their performance in the clinical setting as well as on the field.
When Hailey isn’t at the office, you can find her coaching, spending time with her several nieces and nephews, and going to Yankee games with friends.
