Faridah provides therapy for adults and assists clients in gaining insight into their experiences. Operating with the understanding that mental wellness is multi-dimensional, she incorporates different techniques into practice including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral approaches. Faridah’s mission is to cultivate an open, authentic environment where clients are free to express without judgment, while providing culturally responsive support. Her experience includes working with people in need of crisis intervention, people self-identified as disabled, people managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, and chronic illness.
