Bio: Erin O’Sullivan, MSW, is a therapist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and compassion. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Master of Social Work from Concord University.
Before becoming a therapist, Erin worked in higher education, supporting college students’ academic, career, and personal success, which gave her a deep understanding of the unique challenges that accompany life transitions, identity development, and personal growth.
Erin uses an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), recognizing that each individual is unique and that treatment is most effective when tailored to their needs, strengths, and goals.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys running, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her cat.
