Erica Golofski, MA, LPCC, ATR-P

Therapist

Erica is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Erica is passionate about helping individuals find hope in their struggles and freedom from emotional pain, without judgement. Erica incorporates values of self-compassion, acceptance, empowerment, resilience and nonjudgmental awareness to support clients in their healing process.

Erica offers and follows an Adlerian theoretical approach which is humanistic and goal oriented. In doing so, Erica encourages clients to strive for success, stay connected with others, and find a feeling of community. She places an emphasis on meeting clients where they are and helps affirm validation in their stories.

Erica is trained in art therapy, which is an integrative therapy modality that engages our mind and body that are distinct from verbal articulation alone. This is not a required modality that Erica will use, art making in session is not required.

When Erica is not working, she enjoys making artwork, spending time with family and friends, and walking her husky, Benny.

Erica provides LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, which means that clients who are members of this population will encounter a loving, open, and non-oppressive environment. All are welcome here.
