Emma believes that seeking counseling is a courageous step toward healing. Her focus is on ensuring that all clients feel seen, heard, and understood, reinforcing the message that they are not alone in their struggles. She aims to create a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive environment where people can share their stories, identify their strengths and goals, and apply coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Emma offers individual therapy to clients of all ages (7+) and also offers individual parent coaching. Emma specializes in helping people through Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Emotion Dysregulation, Relationships, ADHD, Stress Management, Trauma, Grief/Bereavement, LGBTQIA+, and ADHD. In session, Emma uses a collaborative therapy style, incorporating different types of therapy based on the goals of each unique client, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths based approaches.

Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin and Texas. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Outside of counseling, Emma enjoys exercising, exploring nature, cooking, baking, sleeping, cherishing time with friends and family, and discovering new places in Wisconsin with her husband and her dog, Cooper!
