Let’s be honest—life can be a lot. Whether it’s the pressure of school, friend drama, big feelings you don’t know what to do with, or just trying to figure out who you are and where you’re headed, I get it. I know how overwhelming things can feel when you’re juggling a million thoughts and emotions at once, and therapy might sound like just one more thing on your plate. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to do it alone.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a safe space to breathe, vent, explore, cry, laugh (yes, really), and figure things out one step at a time. I’m not here to lecture or fix you—because you’re not broken. I’m here to help you see your strengths, tap into your voice, and build the tools you need to feel more confident, calm, and connected. I’ll meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you with warmth, humor, honesty, and a whole lot of encouragement.
I bring a ton of energy and authenticity into the therapy room. Clients often tell me they feel like they can “just be themselves” around me—which is exactly what I want. You can expect a vibe that feels laid-back but focused, personal but professional. I’m a therapist who isn’t afraid to be real with you, to cheer you on when things are hard, and to help you face whatever life throws your way.
I especially love working with kids, teens, and young adults who are navigating tough transitions, managing anxiety or depression, exploring identity, dealing with relationship stress, or trying to build a better relationship with themselves. Whether you’re struggling with self-injury, OCD, body image, school overwhelm, or figuring out life after high school—this space is for you.
My therapy style blends tools from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing. What matters most is that we’ll find what works for you. Together, we’ll explore not just the “what’s wrong” but also the “what’s possible”—because healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new. It means coming home to who you’ve always been.
Clients I’ve worked with walk away with better insight into their thoughts, more self-compassion, and the kind of confidence that says, “I can handle this.” You’ll gain practical tools, new ways of thinking, and a deeper connection to yourself—your values, your voice, and your worth.
When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me hanging with my mini Goldendoodle Sammie (the true MVP), going to concerts, sipping a strawberry refresher, or spending time with my family and friends. I love connecting over music, dogs, or just a good laugh about something silly from your day.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scary—it can be creative, empowering, and even fun (yes, fun). So, whether you or your child is nervous, curious, or just ready for something to change, I’m here to hold space for all of it—all of you. You bring your story. I’ll bring support, insight, and maybe a few jokes along the way.
Let’s do this, together.
