Courtney believes there isn’t a problem too small, and if it is important to you, it is important to her. She uses a CBT and Person-Centered approach. Courtney is honored to walk alongside you in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Her experience in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma/grief, crisis, spiritual (Christian), relationship issues, and existential dilemmas helps her clients meet their goals and grow in their authenticity. Courtney’s compassion gives her clients a safe space to feel heard, understood, and the support to know they can learn and grow into the life they desire and deserve. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, spending time with friends, and raising and nurturing way too many plants!
