Cindy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and has been in the mental health field for over 5 years. She specializes in depression and anxiety, trauma and childhood abuse, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, immigration and multiculturalism. She has experience working with adults (18-65), seniors (65+), and families with children under 18. She is dedicated to create an environment of safety, compassion, support, and growth to all her clients, to help them feel heard and understood. Her treatment approach is based on ACT, CBT, DBT, and Seeking Safety, to help clients live a healthy and meaningful life while addressing past experiences.

Outside of work, Cindy loves playing keyboard and singing!
