Christy is a compassionate therapist specializing in person-centered, trauma-informed care for adolescents (ages 14+) and women who have experienced domestic violence, teen dating violence, sexual assault, and profound grief.
With a deep commitment to healing, Christy integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including narrative therapy to help clients reframe past experiences and create empowering new stories, somatic therapy to explore the connection between body and mind in trauma recovery, and solution-focused therapy to develop actionable strategies for moving forward.
Drawing on her extensive experience running programs at a domestic violence agency and working in an inpatient hospital setting, Christy is skilled in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can engage meaningfully and find pathways to thrive.
Christy holds a Doctorate in Global Health and Wholeness, with a focus on healing after violence, and a Master of Social Work, specializing in narrative and somatic therapies. She is also a prolific writer, with over a dozen online articles and books exploring themes of trauma, healing, and empowerment.
