Cal Redman is a Master Social Worker who earned his degree from Stony Brook University. He provides therapy through a strengths-based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, helping clients build resilience, sharpen focus, and work toward meaningful personal goals. Cal specializes in sports and performance-related concerns and is passionate about supporting individuals in optimizing both mental and emotional performance.
As a former Division I football player and team captain, Cal brings firsthand insight into what it takes to perform at a high level under pressure. During his time at Stony Brook University, he worked closely with the student-athlete population in an advisory capacity, helping individuals strengthen their resolve, improve performance, and uncover their highest potential. While his background is rooted in athletics, Cal believes these principles apply to anyone striving for growth, confidence, and personal excellence.
