Caitlin Clay, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University. Specializing in working with adoptive children and families, she has extensive experience with children aged 4-18 and their adoptive caregivers. Caitlin is skilled in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), certified in Theraplay, and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strength-based approach when appropriate. She is dedicated to meeting clients (children & adults) where they are, assisting families in strengthening their bonds, and guiding individuals to reach their full potential. Caitlin values her clients’ expertise in their unique strengths and challenges, fostering a collaborative therapeutic journey tailored to their goals and aspirations.

When not at work, Caitlin enjoys diving into a good book, creating art on canvases, or strolling with her dog, Boogie.
