Anna Hinson is a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. With experience in community mental health and school-based therapy, Anna works with children, adolescents, and families facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, autism, anger, and substance use. Anna uses a client-centered approach, combining Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. She tailors her techniques to best support each person’s unique needs, focusing on building trust, enhancing strengths, and fostering resilience.

When she’s not in session, Anna enjoys reading, exploring new cities, spending time with family, and playing with her dogs. Her warm and approachable nature helps clients feel comfortable and empowered in their journey toward healing.
