Alexander Quigley, LSW

Therapist

Alex Quigley, MSW, LSW, believes meaningful change begins by meeting ourselves with curiosity and compassion. He views therapy as a collaborative process of helping people reconnect with who they are, better understand the experiences that have shaped them, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.

Alex enjoys working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and existential concerns related to identity, purpose, and meaning. He strives to create a warm, accepting environment where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, deepening self-understanding, and discovering what healing and growth look like for them.

While every client is unique, Alex draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each individual’s needs, with primary foundations in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. He also incorporates mindfulness, values clarification, self-compassion, strengths-based approaches, and mind-body practices to support each client’s goals.

Outside of the therapy room, Alex enjoys hiking and spending time in nature, playing and listening to music, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, cooking, traveling, playing video games, and spending time with his wife and their cat, Jinora.
