Zoë Erikson, LCPC

Therapist

Zoë is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive training in anxiety disorders. Additionally, she also has experience with depression, life transitions, relational challenges, and self-esteem issues. She believes that each person is the “expert” of their own lives and approaches treatment collaboratively, with a large emphasis on self-compassion. Using a blend of client centered therapy, interpersonal process therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), she approaches treatment with patience, kindness, and when appropriate, humor. When not in the office, Zoë enjoys tending to her houseplants, climbing with friends, spending time in nature, reading, and hanging out with her cat, Thomas.
