Tosha Pharr is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength and resilience. She has worked in the mental health field for over eight years, gaining experience in substance abuse treatment, inpatient care, corrections, residential programs, and crisis intervention.
Throughout her career, Tosha has supported individuals facing addiction, legal issues, anxiety, depression, thought disorders, and other complex life experiences. Her goal is to create a safe, positive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful change. She works alongside clients to identify practical solutions and new perspectives that empower them to overcome obstacles and build the life they want.
Her approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, along with psychoeducation to help clients better understand their experiences and develop effective coping strategies. Tosha is honored to walk with individuals who are ready to take the next step toward healing and growth.
