Tom’s aim as your therapist is to create a space where healing, empowerment, strength, and growth can be experienced. To achieve this, he draws upon interventions of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you meet your goals in therapy.
He believes therapy is not one thing for any one person, but that ultimately it can be a place where meaning and wholeness can be found. As your therapist he will always strive to meet you where you are at and to meet your needs in a way that is collaborative and effective.
Throughout his career he has helped individuals who have struggled with a broad range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, spirituality, ADHD, trauma, grief, anger issues and relationship issues. Whatever your reason for coming to therapy is, he looks forward to partnering with you and creating a therapeutic relationship that will assist you in your life’s journey.
