Theodor Napp, LPC-Associate

Therapist

Ted is an EMDR provider driven by a passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. His focus includes helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, grief, neurodivergent issues, and life transitions.

Ted aims to guide and support clients in achieving their goals and creating a healthy lifestyle through understanding and acceptance of their unique experiences. His own struggles with mental health and neurodivergence have shaped a highly personalized approach, allowing him to genuinely empathize with those he works with. He provides a safe space where clients can openly process their experiences and emotions.

Ted primarily practices EMDR, as well as person-centered talk therapy, integrating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He understands that seeking help can be challenging, but he strives to create a judgment-free environment where clients can express themselves freely.

Ted is currently supervised by Stephanie Michelle Taylor (LPC-S).
