Originally from the Mountain West, where she had been working in higher education institutions for 10 years, Tatiana left her cozy mountain state to further her education and graduated from Boston University with her Master’s in Clinical Social Work.
Tatiana is passionate about helping people and believes in creating safe, judgment-free spaces where the clinician and client can work collaboratively to foster healing. She also believes in the healing power of movement and that mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s individual needs.
Tatiana has worked extensively with clients who deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and interpersonal issues. Her experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing has equipped her with the tools to provide effective, empathetic care to diverse populations.
